$500 Dramatic Arts Scholarship
The Mississauga Theatre Alliance is a not-for-profit organization devoted to the encouragement and promotion of the development, production, performance, appreciation and enjoyment of theatre in the City of Mississauga.
Mississauga Theatre Alliance offers an annual scholarship of $500.00 to a high school student resident of Mississauga pursuing a Dramatic Arts career in any accredited post-secondary institution. The Dramatic Arts Scholarship was established in 1995.

deadline is May 1.
Requirements
Candidates must:
- be a Mississauga resident
- currently enrolled in high school
- have achieved the Ontario Secondary School Diploma, or University/College Preparation courses (“U” or “M”) for students going to university/college
- have achieved an overall standing of at least 65 percent
- have been accepted into a recognized theatre or theatre related program of higher education at any post secondary institution in Canada
- have demonstrated a commitment to theatre in both their school and community, and a willingness to encourage others
